Booking & Details

Each appointment is tailored, so pricing varies based on your hair, goals and the work involved.
You’ll receive a clear quote during your consultation before we begin.

A booking fee is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your final service. Please allow a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations. Booking fees are non-refundable within this period for late cancellations or missed appointments.
One late change may be accommodated as a courtesy; further late changes or no-shows will result in the loss of your booking fee.

Beautiful colour takes time, care and a considered approach.
Results vary depending on your starting point and hair condition. For significant changes, a staged process may be recommended to maintain the health and integrity of your hair.
You’ll always be guided on what’s achievable and how to get there.
If you feel your colour or extensions require adjustment, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. Adjustments are offered where required and in line with your original consultation.
As services are personalised, we do not offer refunds. Our focus is always on ensuring you leave with a result you love.
